Refund policy
Order Processing
Orders received in the morning will be processed by noon (HKT) on the same business day. Afternoon orders will be processed on the next business day. The order receipt time is determined by payment completion. For inquiries, please contact our customer service team at cs@bauhaus.com.hk. (Monday to Friday: 10:00-17:30 GMT+8; Closed on weekends and Hong Kong public holidays)
Product Inventory
To maintain consistency between website stock displays and actual warehouse inventory, we conduct periodic stock checks. Occasionally, inventory accuracy may be affected by website technical issues. If items in your order are impacted, we will promptly notify you to reconfirm the order details and provide options to cancel or replace items. If we cannot reach you, out-of-stock items will be canceled, and we will ship the remaining items while processing automatic refunds for unavailable products.
Returns & Exchanges
Customers must email cs@bauhaus.com.hk within 7 days of receipt, including the order number and product code(s) for return/exchange. We will reply with arrangements (exchanges subject to stock availability). Customers must return goods via SF Express as instructed (return shipping costs apply unless due to product defects).
Products must be in original condition, with all tags attached, and must be returned with the original undamaged box and/or packaging. Once we receive your return item(s), it will go through a quality check to ensure it is in good condition and complies with our return and refund policy. Any damaged, modified or broken products cannot be accepted and will be returned to your order address by SF Express (cash on delivery).
After the return has been approved, we will deliver the new product to the order address as soon as possible. The refund of paid amount will be made if required. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14-30 working days.

Repair Service
Products are eligible for repair within 30 days of receipt with valid order/invoice proof. Requests without documentation cannot be processed.
Final Note
Bauhaus reserves the right of final decision in case of any disputes.
